Venomous Tuning's STAGE 1 custom calibration is for 2007-2014 Shelby GT500 with stock Eaton superchargers and light mods (intake, exhaust, throttle body, etc).
STAGE 1 also includes naturally aspirated 2011+ Mustang GT, Mustang Ecoboost, 2015+ 5.0 or Ecoboost F-150. For non-standard configurations like Boss manifolds, larger turbos, etc please call us for an estimate.
Venomous Tuning is truly custom, with datalogging required for all vehicles. There is no other way to assure that your fueling, spark advance and monitors are working at 100% efficiency. WIDEBAND AIR/FUEL MONITORING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PRE-2011 CARS, WHETHER IT'S WITH AN ON-BOAD AFTERMARKET DEVICE OR YOU'LL BE DOING THE WIDE OPEN PORTION ON A DYNO. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. "Canned" tunes from the big box companies are an average of many other vehicles with varying mods, fuels, usage and of course condition.
2007-2010 GT500's and other vehicles that do not have on-board wideband O2s must use an aftermarket wideband air/fuel monitor or do the wide open throttle portion of the tune at a dyno local to them. We will remote in to the session and finalize your custom tune on the spot. The cost is the same for a wideband system or a couple of hours of dyno time, so the choice is yours. But, for safety and consistency we suggest the dyno rental.
2011+ vehicles with wideband do not require an aftermarket system, but again for safety's sake the remote dyno session is suggested for the wide open throttle portion of the tuning.
The initial tune is dialed in from your home, in neutral and requires no wideband.

ANTICIPATE TWO TO THREE BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING AND SHIPMENT OF YOUR STAGE 1 TUNE OR SHIPMENT OF IN-STOCK ORDERS. STAGE 2 AND 3 CUSTOM TUNING WILL TAKE A MINIMUM OF 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS.
THE PROCESS SHOULD BE SCHEDULED AND COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR THE SAFETY AND CONSISTENCY OF THE TUNE, COMPONENTS AND DRIVER.
ANY TUNE NOT COMPLETED (YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A TUNE FROM US LABELED "FINAL") IN MORE THAN 12 MONTHS FROM THE ORDER WILL BE VOIDED, DESTROYED FOR YOUR CONFIDENTIALITY AND NO PORTION OF THE INITAL ORDER PAYMENT WILL BE APPLIED TO ANY NEW ORDER PAYMENT. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR INCOMPLETE TUNES DUE TO CLIENT.
